M5 Otagi is a cottage-style property just off Ocean Gateway, within easy reach of the beach, the bay, and everything in between. Each cottage stands on its own, with a shared restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, a poolside bar, and palm-lined walkways connecting it all.
We built our leasing around one idea: your plans shouldn't have to outlast your lease. Every cottage here renews on a simple weekly cycle, so you stay because you want to — not because a long contract says you have to.
